Customer Experience Representative

N&S Wireless is a leading sales firm in the Austin area, and we are looking to add a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to our sales team. As the Customer Experience Representative, you will be the direct point of contact for customers, managing both relationship support and sales growth in the field. Customer Experience Representative Responsibilities: • Engage with customers face to face, within an assigned territory, presenting products and services tailored to their specific needs • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with current and potential customers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met • Collaborate with the sales team and other Customer Experience Representatives to improve sales strategies and enhance overall customer service strategies • Stay informed on current products, promotions, and service to provide accurate information, address inquiries confidently, and identify opportunities to boost sales • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, reinforcing long-term customer satisfaction and retention Customer Experience Representative Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative, in sales, or a related field • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals set for the Customer Support Representative • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Ready to make an impact?
