Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales representative to join our store. The candidates will act as brand ambassadors to greet customers and make coffee / tea. Candidates with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are preferred. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with passion while take food and drink orders and answering customer inquires -Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and up-sell - Provide and prepare food and beverages to customers by adhering to recipe and prevention standards while providing unparalleled customer service - Identify and build relationships with potential customers - Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance culture and vision of the brand - Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment Experience: - Previous experience in sales, hospitality or retail - Passion for Japanese culture, strong communication, presentation skills, or sales experience - Knowledge of Mandarin / Japanese is a plus - Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
