The Opportunity The Customer Implementation Manager oversees new implementations, managing customer-facing and internal projects within the designated area. This role involves collaborating with Commercial Managers, Customer Service Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new products in the customer global growth program. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, liaising with customers for satisfaction, and serving as the key contact during implementation phases. Additionally, the manager ensures staff understand SOPs and processes, maintains clear documentation for implementation plans, and upholds business conformance. The CI Manager works directly with Regional/Global Account and Program Managers to deliver the roadmap, collaborating closely with program and project teams.
