As a Customer Outreach Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and fostering positive interactions to drive customer acquisition success.

Customer Outreach Associate Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with clients' needs and objectives.

Customer Outreach Associate Qualifications:
