Customer Pricing Programs Manager

REPORTS TO: Corporate Controller

DIRECT REPORTS: Business Analysts

FLSA STATUS: Salary Exempt

ROLE: The Customer Pricing Programs Manager works closely with many corporate functions, including Finance (AP AR), Product Development and Sales. They are responsible for managing the Business Analysts, monitoring bill back activity and related open invoices for aging, assisting Sales with our customer programs and associated questions, and overseeing customer program payments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Review, track, and manage all daily responsibilities of Business Analysts
• Market Medium admin/super user; point person to field questions and concerns from Market Medium users
• Project leader for Market Medium future enhancements and current projects
• Oversee and gauge productivity of Billback Collections efforts
• Strategically manage Deductions Trial Balance
• Process, implement, and distribute Escalator price files using commodity indexes
• Review and process monthly commission payments
• Analyzing, reporting, and providing feedback on end user revenue, sales reports, rebate, and marketing accruals
• Collaborating with sales and marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies
• Updating, publishing, and distributing customer program agreement Terms and Conditions and related policies

Requirements

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics and 3 years of industry work experience
• Hands-on knowledge of working in an Oracle ERP environment or an equivalent

SKILL SETS:

• Leadership ability, delegation of various assignments, and oversight of progress made on those tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and follow up on open items when required
• Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data - advanced Excel skills detail-oriented
• Self-starter who thrives in fast paced environment and works well in both an individual and team environment
• Organized and detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness of deliverables
• Strong Excel skills including but not limited to sorting and subtotaling data, sum function, filtering, and pivot tables
• Experience in a variety of financial analyses, reporting, and data management skills
