Customer Program Manager

The role provides an opportunity to be part of a dynamic business and to lead high profile programs with major OEMs. The successful candidate will have overall management oversight for all programs with their assigned customers and management responsibility for system projects, with a strong focus on Flawless delivery, on time and on budget. They will provide coordination between the customer and the program teams in each of the relevant production sites and ensure we have a 'one BorgWarner' approach with the customer.

• Accountable for a successful execution and flawless launch of the assigned programs
• Must be able to represent BorgWarner effectively and professionally in front of the customer and be the Voice of the customer internally.
• Responsible for roadblock & obstacle removal for project managers and for escalating issues requiring attention to plant leadership or global functions as required
• Lead & coach project managers in professional program mgmt utilizing PDP & Project Server/Online
• Ensure the discipline of scope, timing, integration, cost, quality & communication are adhered to.
• Work with functional owners and plant program management to define and execute counter measure plans.
• Progress program through phase gates and present program status at the regional and global program reviews
• Must be able to coordinate activities across regions and functions on existing and new technologies
• Help to identify new opportunities & support new business acquisition
