While previous experience in customer support or coordination roles is helpful, we value your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts, services, access, or general support needs • Accurately log and manage customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM or support tools like Zendesk or ServiceNow • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, IT, Product) to address customer concerns and ensure resolution • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to guarantee timely outcomes • Monitor recurring customer concerns and suggest updates to processes, FAQs, or support resources • Keep thorough records of interactions and track resolution status to ensure no customer is left behind • Share insights and feedback gathered from customers to help improve overall service delivery and customer experience What We’re Looking For: • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written • Tech-comfortable—able to navigate various platforms, troubleshoot common issues, and use support tools effectively • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently • A detail-oriented mindset with a dedication to accuracy and follow-through • A team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help people and improve the customer journey
