We've built a real estate mobile and web solution that gives real estate agents access to the tools and information that they need to be great agents, and we believe that we can be the most important tool for every real estate agent in the country.

Homesnap has a highly collaborative culture that values innovative thinkers. The Customer Relations Specialist role will report directly to the Manager, Customer Relations.

What it takes to be successful

• You have sales or retention experience
• You are business-minded counterbalancing agent experience, renewal price points, and retention units
• You are competitive and comfortable being aligned with a retention quota
• You possess mental fortitude and resilience
• You have a strong interest (and preferably experience) in real estate
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership to the agents and aren't satisfied until he or she is delighted
• You want to resolve problems as quickly as possible, in the most satisfactory way possible
• You're tech-savvy and can multi-task across many different systems at the same time
• You have thick skin and an upbeat, positive attitude

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries requesting to cancel their subscriptions
• Educate and retain subscription customers
• Be the expert on our product and industry trends so you can accurately respond to the questions and requests that come in from Homesnap's customers

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of sales or retention experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience owning a quota
• Experiencing working with B2C book of business
• Experience in SaaS or Real-Estate
