Job Description
Fusion Inc. has an opening for a motivated Customer Sales Associate at our established customer service and sales acquisitions firm. Our primary focus is to assist our customers with their service requests, maximize the products available to them, introduce them to new opportunities in telecom, and manage their accounts thoroughly with detail. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to open, manage, and optimize their accounts while driving sales in the area. The Customer Sales Associate will be trained in customer interactions, sales strategies, and how to connect consumers with services that truly meet their needs.
Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:
• Work with customers through personalized interactions to answer questions about services
• Build customer relationships when presenting services, explaining the new products available, and building rapport
• Build and manage customer accounts during the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
• Utilize the service knowledge provided to understand what is available to customers and expand products locally
• Educate customers on the highlights and benefits, service features, current promotions, and monthly plans
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism assisting them in any troubleshooting needed
• Work with the sales team daily to improve skills, communication and account management
Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:
• Driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer service, looking to either expand skills or step into a new role
• Ability to manage responsibilities in both independent and team-oriented settings
• Comfortable interacting with customers and managing multiple accounts at once
• Motivated to exceed sales margins
• Full-time availability and reliable transportation is preferred

Pay: $69,343.00 - $77,537.00 per year
