Job Description
Our company is committed to providing customers with excellent customer service, meeting their functional cellular needs, and making new connections. As a Cellular Sales Associate member, you will have the opportunity to work with leading telecommunications providers accessing knowledge of all their cellular product details including smartphones, tablets and even their latest internet technology. We are currently seeking a Cellular Sales Associate to work with customers, expand our service awareness, and be motivated to power our customers' needs.
Our Cellular Sales Associates provide personalized service to our customers, recognizing that no customer interaction is the same. The Cellular Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business through customer acquisition, presenting products and services, managing customer accounts accurately, and completing the sales process to leave customers highly satisfied with their new service. The Cellular Sales Associate will be someone who demonstrates strong communication, adaptability, and time management skills.
Cellular Sales Associate Responsibilities:
• Create the ideal customers experience by providing them with in-depth information about products and services available
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process on their new cellular device and other services they may request
• Work closely with team members to learn the process of completing a sale and leveraging available resources to make proper recommendations and meet customer needs
• Continuously seek new ways to enhance the customer experience and the service they receive
• Develop essential skills for being able to hire and train other team members
• Increase knowledge and utilize the company's resources of network, technology, and platform to advance position within the company
Cellular Sales Associate Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a similar position, including customer service, sales, retail, or in tech retail is a plus
• Communication skills, both written and verbal to connect with customers
• Demonstrate strong time management skills
• Knowledge of sales and sales strategies is a plus but not required
• Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
• Innovative, adaptable, and creative ideas that will increase value within the role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Work Location: On the road
