Job Description
The Customer Support Associate - Bilingual position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

• High-school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of customer service
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Demonstrate patience and professionalism in all customer contact situations
• Able to rotate shifts, as needed
• Bilingial required
• Background clearance etc.
