Customer Service Agent

We welcome applicants who are interested in upward mobility, a positive work environment, and can’t wait to get started!Compensation: $18 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities: • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team • Learn how to perform plumbing and drain cleaning service call intake • Work with the office team to schedule the call and follow the job to a successful completionQualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbout Company At Adelphia Plumbing, we consider ourselves problem solvers!
