What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our company, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing top-notch assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, or in-person to ensure their needs are met.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Staying informed about our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• ✅3 years of experiencein a customer service or similar role.
• ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✅ A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• ✅ Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
