Your responsibilities will include: • Providing top-notch assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or in-person to ensure their needs are met. • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve the customer experience. • Staying informed about our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
