The Customer Service Assistant will provide in-person and phone-based customer support, assist with inquiries, and ensure customers have a positive experience. This role focuses on clear, people-centered service, with no social media or digital marketing responsibilities. Responsibilities • Greet customers and assist with questions in a friendly, professional manner • Provide accurate information about client products and services • Answer phone calls and assist with basic customer inquiries • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback • Support event and outreach activities as needed • Assist with light administrative and office tasks to support the team Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive, customer-focused attitude • Dependable, punctual, and organized • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required • High school diploma or equivalent required Join us as we strive to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers!
