What You’ll Be Doing Every Day
• Connecting with people:You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling questions and solving problems over the phone, through email, and on live chat.
• Providing real solutions:Whether it’s giving clear information about our products or helping someone troubleshoot an issue, your goal is to make things right and leave them with a smile.
• Keeping things organised:You’ll keep a clear record of your conversations and follow up to make sure no one is left hanging.
• Working with your team:You’ll team up with other departments to find quick, effective solutions for customers.
• Sharing your ideas:We want to hear from you! If you spot an opportunity to make our service even better, we’re all ears.

• Cool under pressure:You can handle the occasional tricky call with a calm and positive attitude.
• A sharp eye for detail:You’re great at following through on tasks and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

• A team player:You’re happy to jump in and support your colleagues whenever they need a hand.
• The right attitude:Previous customer service experience is a plus, but if you have a positive, can-do attitude, we can teach you everything you need to know.
