Customer Service AssociateResponsibilities:
• Eradicate all avenues to solve a customer's concern, but if you can't, explain the why with an empathetic ear and communicate with sales management for assistance
• Providing above-and-beyond, fantastic customer service by establishing trusting relationships with customers and providing them with the best sales experience imaginable
• Work cross-functionally to identify ways to enable world-class customer service and sales practices at a scale
• Attend regular meetings with fellow Customer Service Associates and sales supervisors and qualified sales management to receive coaching and feedback on how to improve customer acquisition and sale
• Establish and update accurate customer information files in an online system and ensure clients receive all necessary follow-up information
• Secure, analyze, and protect sensitive personal and financial information following company compliance guidelines
What You’ll Bring To The Table As A Customer Service Associate:
• Prior experience as a Customer Service Associate, Client Relations, Sales, or Consumer-Facing positions
• Genuine excitement when you can turn someone's day around
• Naturally, go above and beyond for others
• Disciplined and resourceful to meet the demands of a structured team-based environment
• You are energetic, self-motivated, self-starting, and self-assured
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, a plus!
• Team building activities
• Ability to improve your resume and gain hands-on industry experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
