Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and dependableCustomer Service Associateto support our client campaigns by providing excellent service during in-person interactions. This role focuses entirely on live engagement, event support, and hands-on customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact directly with customers during promotional events
• Answer questions, provide product or service information, and resolve basic concerns
• Represent clients professionally in a face-to-face setting
• Support the setup and breakdown of promotional materials at events
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and activity
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions and team briefings
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.34 - $26.91 per hour
