Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Representative -Responsibilities include but not limited to: front desk service to customers, process documents and shipments, order and track inventory, process payments and follow up for box holders, other related tasks -Reliable transportation required -Full time and Part time -Somewhat flexible schedule dependent on business need -$20 per hr. starting based on experience -Preferred Experience: Retail or customer service experience, Notary -Growth opportunities available Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and accurately. - Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers. Requirements: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred. - Knowledge of technology sales or electronics sales is a plus. - Proficient phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively. - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. - Ability to stock shelves and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. - Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
