The primary role of our Customer Service Associate is to deliver outstanding customer experiences. We emphasize enhancing our clients' services and tailoring our solutions to individual needs, ensuring that customers have a reliable point of contact.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
• Offer customized solutions to customers based on their individual needs and service issues, including answering questions, assisting with contract negotiations, closing sales, and creating tailored packages.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions through company meetings, webinars, and thorough reviews of flyers and email updates.
• Open new customer accounts and promptly input client information accurately.
• Delegate concerns, problems, and questions to upper-level management as needed.
• Develop and maintain key consumer relationships on behalf of our clientele by understanding the consumer, territory, products/services, and sales pipeline
As a Customer Service Associate, we are looking for:
• Perform exceptionally well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities at the same time.
• Adopt a solution-oriented approach, demonstrating the ability to resolve customer issues in real time
• Display proactivity and practical time management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent active listening abilities.
• Accept and act on constructive feedback related to communication skills, system proficiency, and other necessary standards for daily tasks
Basic Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
• Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and closing sales
• Must be an innovative person with creative problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking to groups and building rapport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
