Customer Service and Collection Specialist Job Summary: The Customer Service and Collections Specialist plays a key role in supporting our clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing account activity with accuracy and empathy. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment where both service and collections activities are part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
