The Customer Service, Domestic Services role will be a part of a team responsible for ensuring RIM’s customers are handled effectively from start to finish. This includes activities such as quoting, shipment booking, invoicing, and problem solving for customers. RIM logistics, ltd. is a service based company the places the customer experience as the highest priority. Customer Service, Domestic Services representatives are expected to be ready to assist the customer with whatever their needs are and ensure they have an outstanding experience. This role will support our Atlanta branch but work out of our Bartlett, IL location.
