We’re looking for a Customer Service Insurance Representative to join our energetic and fast-paced team at the Tonya Kellum State Farm Agency in Seattle. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice clients hear when they call, helping them with billing, policy questions, and insurance options that fit their needs. You’ll also support our sales team by scheduling review appointments and keeping client accounts in perfect order. ✨ What You’ll Do • Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care. • Assist existing clients with policy questions, payments, and documentation. • Present insurance options and schedule review appointments for the sales team. • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and spreadsheets. • Request Google Reviews from satisfied customers. • Ensure all client documents are up-to-date to keep policies active and in good standing. • Collaborate with a supportive, goal-driven team that values service and growth.
