Leading the way with legendary customer service - at Uline! As Systems Manager for our Customer Service department, your team will build and test the tools our customer service reps rely on!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Manage, mentor and develop team of User Acceptance Testers in our state-of-the art customer service call center.

  • Ensure thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.

  • Direct large-scale customer service systems projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service management.

Building and maintain relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years in Customer Service or Call Center management.

  • Experience with project management, User Acceptance Testing methodology and Customer Service Systems implementations preferred.

  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
