Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support our business launch. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, coordinate service schedules, bill clients, conduct cold calls to potential clients, and effectively communicate with customers and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls and assist restaurant, hotel, and bar clients with inquiries - Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians - Generate and send invoices, and process payments - Make cold calls to prospective clients to promote our services and generate leads - Maintain clear communication with clients, technicians, and management - Support administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications: - Excellent communication and customer service skills tailored to hospitality clients - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in basic computer and phone systems - Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or service operations is a plus but not required Compensation & Incentives: - $18 per hour - Performance-based bonuses and incentives - Opportunities for growth within a vibrant, expanding company If you’re eager to grow with a company that serves the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!
