Duties • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly. • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records. • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively for documentation and reporting purposes. • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. • Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette in all communications. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment. • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. • Strong typing skills with the ability to manage data entry tasks efficiently. • Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving. • Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus to assist in upselling products or services when appropriate. • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
