Our Cupertino studio seeks a bilingual (English and Chinese) Customer Relations Lead/Assistant Studio Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading customer relations enhancement across all CalColor studios, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for our students and their families. Job Summary: The Bilingual Customer Relations Lead at our Cupertino studio is a highly influential role that extends beyond day-to-day management. You will be responsible for elevating customer relations across all studios, building strong connections with our community, and driving sales to support the growth of our school. Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, organizing and leading impactful events, and ensuring our studios maintain their reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building deep, lasting relationships with students, parents, and visitors. • Lead the development and implementation of customer relations strategies across all CalColor studios, using your influence to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience. • Organize and lead events that engage students, parents, and the community, promoting the school and its programs. • Manage communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, with professionalism and warmth. • Assist prospective students and parents with inquiries about our programs, schedules, and fees, leveraging your sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments. • Coordinate class schedules, student registrations, and attendance records with attention to detail and accuracy. • Support art teachers and staff in ensuring smooth class transitions and overall school operations. • Handle payments, invoicing, and financial transactions securely and efficiently. • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment at the Cupertino studio. • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement in customer service and operational efficiency across all studios. • Contribute to marketing efforts and promotional events to attract new students and promote our unique approach to art education. Requirements: • Bilingual in English and Chinese is required. • Bachelor’s degree in arts, administration, business, or a related field. • Proven experience in customer service, sales, front desk management, event organization, and a highly influential role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple responsibilities effectively. • Sales proficiency, with the ability to engage and convert potential customers. • Proficiency in using standard office software, Microsoft or G-suite, scheduling systems, and customer management platforms. • Passion for the arts and a genuine interest in nurturing creativity in young minds. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: • WeChat Group Management:Experience managing WeChat groups for communication and marketing. • Marketing Experience:Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, social media, and campaign management in the education or arts sector.
