Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leader in the industrial distribution sector, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the customer support team, partnering with customers and Account Managers to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title:Customer Service Rep Location:Fremont, CA Pay Range:$24-$29/hr Shift: Day What's the Job? • Manage customer inquiries and provide quotes for products and services. • Process orders efficiently and handle expediting and returns. • Sourcing parts to meet customer needs and assist in generating sales. • Support stockroom operations as needed. • Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers. What's Needed? • 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience. • Mechanical or maintenance experience preferred. • Experience in an industrial distribution or parts counter environment is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar. • High school diploma or equivalent; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
