Customer Service Representative Location:Fife, WA (On-site) Schedule:Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate:$18 - $21 DOE SmartTalent is seeking aCustomer Service Representative (CSR)to join one of our valued clients in the transportation services industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing excellent customer support. About the Role As aCSR, you will handle incoming calls related to scheduling transportation and supporting customers with trip details. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and one-call resolution. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy helping others.
