We’re hiring a full-time AT&T Customer Service Representative to join our growing telecommunications team. In this customer-facing position, you’ll work directly with AT&T customers, offering product guidance, assisting with account updates, and driving daily sales performance. As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent one of the nation’s top wireless and internet providers while gaining hands-on experience in sales support, customer solutions, and retail service operations.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:
• Work directly with AT&T customers to provide product knowledge, answer service-related questions, and assist with account changes
• Deliver top-tier customer service while representing AT&T’s wireless, internet, and home service solutions
• Support sales goals by helping customers understand pricing, promotions, and product benefits
• Process customer transactions, handle account updates, and complete service enrollments accurately
• Collaborate with sales representatives, customer support staff, and team leads to ensure service consistency
• Maintain a positive and professional presence in a high-traffic, customer-focused retail environment
• Track daily customer interactions, feedback, and performance outcomes to support team growth
This full-time, in-person position provides the perfect blend of customer service, sales development, and telecommunications exposure. As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, your work will directly contribute to both customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
