We're on the lookout for a creative thinker and exceptional communicator to join our Customer Service Representative team and help shape the future of our client’s success. With a focus on business mentorship, we are committed to nurturing, developing, and supporting each member of our Customer Service Representative team in a collaborative environment that thrives on challenges, hard work, and forward-thinking strategies.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing product and account support to new and existing clientele, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring any complaints are swiftly directed to the appropriate teams.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
• Create strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and increasing brand visibility through insightful interactions.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to offer personalized recommendations that align with each customers needs.
• Foster customer loyalty by managing customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and delivering prompt, effective solutions.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives to enhance brand awareness, focusing on the quality and reputation of our clients’ services.
• Continuously gather and share customer insights with the customer service and sales teams to ensure we’re meeting customer expectations in real time.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer or customer-facing role, such as account management or sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
• A strong work ethic with a proven record of high performance.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence others.
• A proactive individual who promptly addresses emails, calls, inquiries, and requests.
• A willingness to become an expert in marketing trends, business development practices, and creating seamless brand experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
