What You'll Do
Welcome customers, answer questions and guide them through fingerprinting, notarization, and compliance-based services.
Support HireHealth in administrative healthcare tasks, ensuring seamless patient flow for physicals, blood work, and drug testing.
Accurately process fingerprinting while maintaining strict security and confidentiality protocols.
Accurately process payments and handle transactions using our POS system.
Gain valuable experience in a dual-capacity role—business operations and healthcare administration.
Maintain organized records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving expertise.
Inform customers about additional services that could benefit them.

This role requires a combination of customer service excellence, attention to detail, and physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Precision is key when handling fingerprinting, compliance records, and healthcare-related administrative work.
Adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality, dress code, and operational procedures.
Employees must have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality, even during snowy or inclement weather conditions.
This is a high-volume role requiring efficiency, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
As we handle sensitive personal data, maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to security protocols is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary for customer interactions, reporting, and email correspondence.
We expect a high level of professionalism with a positive, team-focused mindset, respecting customers, colleagues, and management at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, email) and basic internet applications.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or office administration.
Minimum of 2 years of cashier experience.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Clean Background: Candidates must pass a thorough background check to comply with industry security requirements. Must pass Drug Test.

Pay is hourly plus tips DOE
