Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. Duties
• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and service-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Familiarity with call center operations is a plus.

Pay: $17.46 - $21.00 per hour
