Customer Service Representative

Summary of responsibilities Positioned in a call center environment, provide inbound service to patients and customers for the Medical Marijuana Card Program and Payday Lending. What you will do: • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and patients. • Required at times to initiate outbound calls to process work. • Interact directly with customers and patients in a professional manner. • Other duties as assigned.Requirements: What you will need to succeed: • A minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Analytical skills • Customer service oriented • A high school diploma or the equivalent EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
