We are expanding rapidly and seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Seattle-based wireless and telecommunications sales team. Our firm specializes in delivering best-in-class customer support and connecting clients with the wireless, internet, and home service solutions they rely on every day. The Customer Service Representative position is entry-level, but we provide hands-on training, structured mentorship, and daily support to set you up for success. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: The Customer Service Representative role is critical to helping customers stay connected, informed, and satisfied.
