Job Overview
We are seeking a_pro-active, customer-focused team member with strong attention to detail to process orders, and ensure a positive experience with every customer touchpoint._
Duties:
Order Management & Fulfillment
• Accurately process incoming orders;includes but not limited to: data pulls, data entry, confirmations, modifications and cancellations, in accordance with established data entry procedures.
·Coordinate with internal departments;to coordinate appointments (with shipping, when necessary), expedite urgent orders or address delivery delays.
Customer/Broker Interaction & Communication
• Provide sales, broker and customer support;by answering incoming calls, and respond promptly to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Conduct timely and appropriate follow-up;on open issues, customer/broker requests, and pending activities.
• Prepare business correspondence;reports, memos, and forms in accordance with company standards.
·Coordinate the resolution of customer concerns or complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Technical & Administrative Support
• Provide clerical and administrative support, including, but not limited to the preparation of sales reports, broker reports, and internal/external communications.
• Maintain organized office and customer records,ensuring accessibility and compliance with documentation standards.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation and data entryfor new customer and broker setups, and price modifications.
• Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy of customer profiles, product specifications, and pricing information.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school education or GED equivalent.
Minimum of one year in an administrative function.
Quick learner

Works well in a small team environment
Self-starter
Office
Working knowledge of productivity software, including MS Word, Excel
Communication
Communicates effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Ability to be persuasive and adapt communication style.
Customer Service
Courteous and service oriented.
Organization
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
