In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to clients and customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish. Duties • Greet and assist customers via phone, email, or in person with a professional and helpful attitude. • Respond to client inquiries, resolve basic issues, or route concerns to the appropriate team members. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service updates. • Assist with order processing, appointment scheduling, and service confirmations. • Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution. • Support the preparation of client service kits, materials, and paperwork. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and ensure quality. Skills • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to stay organized, calm, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable using basic computer systems and office equipment. • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude.
