Customer Service Representative

Bob’s Backflow & Plumbing Services is seeking a qualified professional in the Jacksonville Area. The Customer Service Representative position entails general admin, CSR, and accounting duties, communicating with customers to provide information and resolve issues. This position also includes general office assistance, which involves supporting service managers with tasks such as filing and sending proposals. Hours: 8 AM-5 PM Basic Duties • Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person • Providing information about backflow services offered by the company. • Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are being met and resolving any issues that arise • Recording customer information and details of service requests in the company's database • Issuing invoices and collecting payments for services rendered • Providing follow-up support and maintaining ongoing customer relationships • Receiving service requests from customers and creating work orders for technicians • Tracking the progress of service requests and updating customers on the status of their requests • Managing inventory levels of equipment and supplies needed for services • Maintaining accurate records of job assignments, work performed, and time spent on each job • Monitoring and responding to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
