Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As aCustomer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support to ensure an excellent experience with our brand. Duties • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Handle customer concerns, returns, and product questions with patience and accuracy. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. • Assist customers with account setup, subscription modifications, and billing questions. • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best course of action. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred. • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
