Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Assist customers in understanding our financing options and guide them through the application process. • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products that meet customer needs. • Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
