Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a hardworking customer service and sales professional to join our Customer Service Representative team. Every Customer Service Representative has an opportunity to change their career trajectory while delivering innovative solutions to the community. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is looking for an opportunity to thrive in a sales and customer service-focused role.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers and businesses we work with, guiding them through available services, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. The Customer Service Representative also plays a key role in driving sales by presenting tailored solutions, promoting current offers, and building long-term customer relationships.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Educate customers and local businesses on our telecommunications services, clearly outlining advantages to increase sales and expand AT&T’s customer base.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in every interaction, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Work with customers and business owners to process any sales orders and provide support
• Guide customers through their new products and services, ensuring they understand features and can maximize their value
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets through effective communication, relationship-building, and solution-based selling
• Take part in ongoing sales and position development designed to strengthen skills
• Stay informed on the latest telecom products, promotions, and industry trends through team meetings
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, retail, tech, business, sales, or telecommunications experience is highly preferred
• Communicate thoroughly and professionally with the Customer Service team along with customers and our business partners
• Persuasive communicator and good listener
• Quick thinker, customer-centric, outgoing, and work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with independent decision-making
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,250.00 per week
Work Location: In person
