This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing top-quality service. You will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships with clients. Duties • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner • Provide accurate information about company services and processes • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and efficiency • Document and track customer interactions in company systems • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service quality Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with computer systems • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,705.36 - $4,462.37 per month Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Please can you provide the best contact number and email address to reach you on?
