We are expanding rapidly and actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Seattle-based wireless and telecommunications sales team. Our firm specializes in delivering best-in-class customer support, resolving service concerns, and helping customers choose the wireless, internet, and home connectivity solutions they rely on every day. As a Customer Service Representative, You Will: • Engage face-to-face with customers to assist with wireless service plans, internet options, and upgrade requests • Promote AT&T, Verizon, or Frontier-based home and wireless services based on customer needs • Provide clear and accurate information on current promotions, pricing, service features, and billing • Assist customers with activations, transfers, technical questions, and new account setup • Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service and support • Update and maintain customer account information, service changes, and follow-up documentation • Collaborate with your customer support and telecom sales team to hit daily and weekly goals • Attend team check-ins and telecom training workshops to sharpen your industry knowledge and communication skills What We Offer: • Full-time W2 position with weekly pay and uncapped commission incentives • Entry-level role with advancement potential into sales, customer retention, or territory management • Hands-on training in telecom industry products, customer service, and sales communication • Fast-paced, team-oriented work culture focused on growth, learning, and achievement • High visibility within the company – we promote from within and recognize top performers • Real-world experience in direct customer engagement, sales support, and telecom brand representation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
