Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities • Engage with customers through various channels, mainly in-person, face-to-face, but at times, over the phone to provide assistance and resolve inquiries. • Manage and follow up on leads in-person to ensure customer acquisition and satisfaction on behalf of our brands. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. • Demonstrate excellent communications skills while ensuring a positive customer experience. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address common customer concerns. • Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management for continuous improvement. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate. • Proficiency in data collection and use of tablet • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. • A professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Work well within a team environment.
