You will be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. Responsibilities • Call highly interested potential clients. • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. • Efficiently manage customer needs and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one. • Assist the Sales Team as needed. • Help with various administrative tasks. Requirements • Must possess a PA Personal Lines Insurance License or Property and Casualty License • Prior customer service/sales experience • A high energy personality and a love of collaborating with people. • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills • Strong mindfulness, time management and decision-making skills • The aptitude to learn quickly.
