Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively managing inquiries through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Duties
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
Experience
• Strong typing skills with proficiency in data entry.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is beneficial for upselling products or services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Basic computer skills are essential; experience with Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

Pay: $21.78 - $26.23 per hour
