Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services • Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload. • Providing quality customer service and support. Customer Service Representative Qualifications for the position include: • Team Player with excellent communication skills. • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people. • Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications. • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information. • Minimum of two years’ experience in health care industry required. • Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred. • Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred. • Associates degree preferred. • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
