Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner. • Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally. • Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services. • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. • Maintain knowledge of grocery store products to provide informed recommendations. • Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
