Job Description
Position Summary:
This position plays an active role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service on a consistent basis, including the successful resolution of customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a timely manner. In addition, this position is the "voice" of our company, protecting, developing, and maintaining our customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a culinary background or a love for food.
Responsibilities:
β’ Entering customer orders efficiently
β’ Strong relationship building skills
β’ Create world class customer service through excellent account management
β’ Work with other departments to successfully resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
β’ Executes duties to meet service level and quality objectives, including handling customer service escalations
β’ Demonstrate a willingness to actively upsell customers on key products and initiatives aligned with the companyβs growth strategy

β’ Clear and thorough understanding of World Class Customer Service
β’ Food/beverage experience a must
β’ Demonstrates sound business judgment and decision making
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to develop creative solutions to customer service issues
β’ Ability to present the product and the company in a professional manner
β’ Ability to maintain composure while dealing with difficult customers
β’ Excellent Customer Service skills with high energy
β’ 3 - 5 years of call/customer service experience
β’ A passion for food
