Customer Service Representative (Chinese Speaking)

Duties • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our computerized systems. • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information as needed. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information. Experience • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred. • Bilingual, Chinese and English • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications is essential. • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers. • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
