Customer Service Representative

Company Description: International Biomedical Ltd. is a leading supplier of innovative medical products to the global marketplace. We design and manufacture a wide range of medical device solutions, including Neonatal Transport units, Glucose and Blood Gas Monitoring systems, and Radiation Attenuating Surgical Gloves. Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and addressing inquiries related to our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our customer databases. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Process customer purchase orders promptly to minimize shipment delays. • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for field sales. • Direct customer calls to the appropriate personnel for clinical, technical, or sales support. • Elevate customer dissatisfaction reports as per SOP to ensure customer needs are met. • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database. • Manage returned goods authorizations and credits, notifying all relevant departments. • Stay current on new and modified products. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in customer service. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional follow-through to task completion. • Proficient in PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Epicor is a plus.
